How has the MSTI Program helped you?
The MSTI Program has been a great help in providing information on what steps I need to take next to reach my goals. They have also helped me find a job as a teacher assistant so that I can get that experience of what it will be like in the classroom.

What keeps you motivated and positive throughout life’s hardships?
The one thing that keeps me going is my mom. I have seen her struggle through low paying jobs and she always tells me it will be worth it but it's up to me to want it. I want to make her proud.

What advice would you like to give to your fellow scholars?
Know your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to your academics and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

What are your plans after graduation?
Go for my credentials and get my Master’s.
