How has CSI³ helped you?
CSI³ has helped me by providing helpful workshops to attend throughout the semester and having a quiet space to study on campus where I can interact with other STEM scholars. The STEM Up sessions before every semester have also helped prepare me and introduce me to new material regarding the course. I am very thankful for the support and networking that the STEM scholars program provides from peers to faculty. Noemi has always been very helpful and motivating since I joined the program.

What keeps you motivated and positive throughout life’s hardships?
Encouragement and guidance from family members, loved ones, and advisors keep me motivated.

What advice would you like to give to your fellow scholars?
Some advice to my fellow scholars is to find ways to stay motivated and happy while working towards their future goals. Also, to not be afraid to reach out to their peers.

What are your plans after graduation?
My plans after graduation are to apply and attend medical school to work towards my career goal.
