Career Goal: To become an Educator. I want to share my love for mathematics with others.
Hobbies: Puzzles, ride roller coasters, and going out

How has the STEM/MSTI/WISE Program helped you?
They have helped me stay on track of my academics to reach for success. For example, sending me reminders for important due dates or checking up on me to see that I am not failing a class. Overall, they have been a great support system during difficult times.

What keeps you motivated and positive throughout life’s hardships?
What keeps me motivated and positive are my parents. They have always been there for me through tough times, and I want them to know that their sacrifices are not in vain.

What advice would you like to give to your fellow scholars?
My advice to my fellow scholars is to find a great study group! It is sometimes better to study with others than by yourself.

What are your plans after graduation?
My plan after graduation is to begin my journey towards being a teacher through the REAL program at CSUDH.
