Career Goal: To be able to help my community focusing on Senior Citizens.

Hobbies: Helping seniors to get the right healthcare coverage.

How has TTS helped you?
TTS especially Sandra Ramos has helped me tremendously with guidance, counseling, and advice with my personal obstacles. They’ve encouraged me to stay in school even though it’s virtual learning. They’ve checked on my struggles, but mostly they genuinely care about their members. They’ve celebrated some of my success too.

What keeps you motivated and positive throughout life’s hardships?
I’ve had a lot of life challenges and have been through tough times, but a positive outlook is what I try to keep. I want to be able to say I did this for me and be proud of it.

What advice would you like to give to your fellow scholars?
Take advantage of the resources that are available to you on campus, for example, TTS and Library (Writing Lab). Also, reach out to your professors. They are understanding, please don’t hesitate to ask for help.

What are your plans after graduation?
To be able to help others. I graduate in 2022 and I pray that the pandemic would be under control so we can go and meet with others.
