The Transition To Teaching (TTT) program at CSUDH's College of Education is your entry into a rewarding career as a life-changing teacher. Through TTT, you'll be able to teach full-time with pay and benefits while completing your preliminary credential in just one year. Choose from our single subject (secondary) or multiple subject (elementary) options. You'll also benefit from individualized advising, one-on-one guidance from teacher mentors, and job placement assistance in a partnering urban school with high demand for qualified teachers.

Junior Cadets
Launched in 2015 as a partnership with the Southwest Community Police Station, the Junior Cadets Summer Academy provides STEM activities once a week to kids enrolled in Southwest's youth program.
Youth participate in weekly trips to CSU Dominguez Hills where they engaged in a variety of exercises stimulating their interest in STEM, while enjoying a safe and fun atmosphere of games and social interaction.
The purpose of this summer academy is to complement the curriculum of Southwest's summer initiative.
Pathways
Pathways Academy is a transfer partnership between West Los Angeles Community College and CSU Dominguez Hills. This program is open to all West students interested in transferring to CSUDH and completing a BA in Business, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, Digital Media Arts, STEM, or Teacher Prep.
